I have never had a bad experience at this particular location (Regency) and any issue I have encountered has been rectified with the utmost care and concern. Each time I return to this location to rent a vehicle I am greeted in a professional, courteous, and personable way. They make me feel like I'm a celebrity, especially when they remember me and whatever trip I went on or ask how my ventures are going. Certain classes of vehicles require an actual credit card (pickup trucks for example). I have used my debit card on many occasions but never a prepaid card. I called customer service and they tell me some locations will accept them and some will not. Sorry it's not definitive. If you call them toll free they can advise if your location will accept them. Also keep in mind that you will have a $250 deposit on top of your rental cost. That will hold 250 plus the cost of your rental. Its refunded back when you return. That refund normally takes a few days.
Yes. However there will be a $100-200 hold of funds placed unto your debit card for the duration of your rental and released at the conclusion of your rental.
