I can't answer that, but they probably look at the condition and the brand. Many people look to get exactly what they paid for it or close to it. This is like a thrift store. The items they have are conducive for individuals looking to get great items in good condition for half the price of what they would pay for new items. I find it a joy to be a blessing to others if I have the means to do it, however if I have to go to places like this, I'm thankful for what they offer me, especially if I've gotten my use out of it.
