Pay and treatment is subpar. Oil changes very expensive unless you know someone. Unless you are best friends with the manager or district manager you are barely noticed and not appreciated for you efforts.

How much for oil change, 2004 camey. Synthetic oil?
It's reasonable I used a coupon from Groupon the service I recv would've cost 110 it only cost me 65.
