First and Foremost let me just say, for anyone coming to read the comments and reviews, they are very misleading so please take your own actions and do not let other opinions deter you from make a great decision. Shout out to Nysheki and Ms.Griffin along with Ms. Courtney for such an amazing, informative, efficient understanding, direct, family-professional experience. While i have not moved in just yet, i will be next week. They worked so hard and diligently with me for this to be my first apartment on my own with a newborn they guided me in every way possible to making the best decision possible. They have access to resources and they don’t make you feel like your coming to be just another tenant, they treat you as though you’ve lived here 10x over. They have amazing core values and uphold themselves to such a standard. Please do not be intimidated by the outside appearance; once you experience the bond and relationship with the staff , soon as you walk in to tour your home you’re going to be more than overwhelmed to want to be apart of such an enlightening experience with palms at beacon. While i understand everyone when it comes to communicating, you have to understand these women are human and busy as well so you must stay persistent, and stay on them and hold them responsible and i promise they take accountability because things do happen and they show we matter. Just don’t miss out on your blessing because of someone else’s experience you’ll never know how it turns out for you. I’ll be back later when i move in to rate again because I’m just that ecstatic to be apart of this family. Thank you

had an appointment for a tour far 2bed 2 bath apartment that was supposed to be available on 06/15. I took the appointment online and they called me to confirm and everything was good. once I got to the complex to see the apartment I was told that the dates on their website are wrong and they need to renovate the apartment so it won’t be available until mid july

I was a tenant here a few years ago, and didn't leave on the best terns. After working some issues that arose recently, Maggie was able to help me resolve my issue and cared even though I am no longer an active tenant. I am so happy this property finally got good management!

Cherice with maintenance was awesome! My AC went out on 7/4 and she was right there. She made sure I had a window unit until it could be properly fixed.

Monthly pet rent of $10 will be charged per pet. Additional pet application and verification requirements will apply. Weller Management has engaged Petscreening.com for all pet application screenings. The fee associated with pet screening is paid to Petscreening.com directly and are non-refundable. Verifiable service animal(s) and emotional support animal(s) are allowed with an approved application, and no pet screening fee, pet deposit, or pet rent or fee will be required. Contact the management office for applicable limitations and fees. Pets will be subject to visual inspection and required to follow all community policies.
