Came here last year for a lights-out event and liked it!! I work in haunted houses and they still managed to scare the hell out of me!!! I loved how long the walkthrough was; nonetheless, they had big conga lines, which kind of killed it for me as I wanted to be more immersed in the experience.

Went to the 13th floor today in Jacksonville, it was okay definitely needed more people but for the people they did have they were amazing .but yeah definitely need it more people to scare you wasn't enough for the price definitely not a cheap haunted house by any means for what you got

Went the last 3 years. Last year was really disappointing but this year was actually pretty good. Great room designs and decent amount of actors. Waited in line for 45+ Mins on what seemed to be a slow night and it was a little pricier than I would've liked, but otherwise great overall

1st of all SHOUT OUT to EVERY STAFF MEMBER and even the POLICE/SECURITY for being super polite, kind and starting/ending the experience in such a positive manner🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 This haunted house was abosutley amazing, I haven't screamed so much in my life and my throat hasn't hurt as much since I had covid the 1st time😆😆 Everything is ground level but the brilliant mind of this scary house has it constructed as if you're climbing 13 levels. Y'all listen...pack your kids up and go experience this 20 mins of pure entertainment...you'll thank me later🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Also, try out the 5 min escape room at the end, it was super cool. A+++

The website lists all restrictions. I can't remember if its done by height or actual age. However, I will say I wouldn't bring a child under the age of 12 because it is very realistic and my wife and I were pretty freaked out at certain points. Considering I'm 40 and she's 38, a young child could be potentially traumatized. Just sayin...
Like 15 minutes or basically however fast you walk through it
Social distancing guidelines will not allow us to put in groups larger than 7
730 to 10
Halloween season.. NOT all year
Tickets vary depending on the night there are upgrades available as well as other things such as Escape rooms and ax throwing so the prices will vary best way to do it is check online 13th floor. Com
Check website for pricing and availability. That is the fastest and easiest way.
You can show the ticket on your phone as long as it has the QR code
You can get tickets online or at the venue. Went for the haunted houses in October and bought ours on site. Worth every bit. They do an outstanding job.
you should call they
The 1st and 2nd of November and blackout on the 8th and 9th!
From the website. No. However, due to the graphic nature, it is not recommended for small children, toddlers or babies. We have had young children go through and have a great time and adults who go through and are in tears! You're the parent- you be the judge. A good rule of thumb is: if you wouldn't bring your child to a PG-13 rated movie, it's probably not a good idea to bring them to a haunted house.
What do you mean by the 10min time window?
No restriction but reccomend PG-13
Technically no there's not an age limit we recommend PG-13
Not open until next Friday. Here's the schedule... https://www.13thfloorjacksonville.com/hours.html
