No. However, due to the graphic nature, it is not recommended for small children, toddlers, or babies. We have had young children go through and have a great time and adults who go through and are in tears! You're the parent- you be the judge. A good rule of thumb is: if you wouldn't bring your child to a PG-13 rated movie, it's probably not a good idea to bring them to a haunted house.
I believe it depends on your maturity. I havent seen them check id's. The place has tons of workers supervising and ends in the escape room building next door. You could always give them a call or ask on Facebook though to be sure!
