Brought my Lexus Gx460 in for a lift and new tires. Brandon waited on me. I asked if he was familiar with lifting a Lexus with KDSS and he assured me they would use OME kit as they had done for dozens. I went ahead and let him proceed. Got the truck back and the truck was extremely high in the back and all corners of the truck were different heights off the ground. It rode like a dump truck. The truck had an extreme lean to the right. Brought it back the next morning and showed him the problems and he said he would correct it. He never did after several trips dropping it off and it still being wrong. He did not satisfy me and seemed over his head at that point. I was frustrated that they were unable to make the corrections as he ordered the wrong parts and seem to have unqualified technicians performing the installation. I left unsatisfied and he knew it. I will no longer due business with them as I had for the past 15 years. I will not even buy a floor mat from them. Took my messed up Lexus to Off Road Jacksonville and they saw the problems, ordered the correct Dobinson lift kit and assured me they would make it right. Dropped it off a week later and within a day they told me to pick it up as they were complete. It was level, lifted and drives like a dream. They are qualified and know what they are doing on Lexus’s. They told me the previous parts installed were loose and the threads on the shocks were stripped and it was unsafe to drive. I normally do not leave bad reviews but he knew I was unhappy. He knew it was not right and did not seem to care.

This place is AWESOME!!!!!!! These guys are everything and more when it comes to transforming your Truck. I when in I was really sure never own a pickup before. I live the way my truck looked already but I wanted a more aggressive look. They helped me with different ideas no matter how many questions I asked they answered them. These guys are extremely patient and understanding and will work with your budget. They’re very knowledgeable and are willing educate you to help you understand what your purchasing and why it’s beneficial for your vehicle.

Brought in my Silverado Duramax to get a under seal Coating on my truck. I specifically mention to them that I want it a clean job, and that I was concerned about overspray and parts that need it not to be coded. They assured me that they were very professional and that they made sure not to spray any moving parts. I trusted them and didn’t even question the quote. After almost 4 months that have gone by, on a mere coincidence while having my truck up in a Lyft, I noticed not only did they not do a good job spraying the under body of my truck but they also sprayed over my “AIR DOG” diesel fuel pump. As well as my “BILSTEIN SHOCKS”. Extremely unprofessional!!! I am very disappointed and upset. I definitely do not recommend this place.
