Just street parking so far as I noticed.

I went as a pedestrian, riding on the E train and walking from 116th Street. There seemed to be plenty of street parking close by, but obviously I didn't look to see if there was a parking lot nearby.
There was plenty of nearby street parking. It wasn't busy at all when we went.
Yes i believe there is a parking lot just north of the monument
