We attended a screening for the first time at the NYFF recently and truly loved the experience. The theater for our film was spacious, clean, and an auditory and visual delight. It is a pleasure to support Film at Lincoln Center and we're grateful to have such a world-renowned venue for arthouse/international film here in the Upper West Side.

Very good place for some classics.

Great room for new, retro and foreign films. Even front row seats are not too close to the screen. Been going to the New York Asian Film Festival for years and hope to continue do so.
Hey I’m Walken Here
As a frequent patron of the Film at Lincoln Center, I was put off by my recent experience at the Walter Reade Theater for the NYAFF. I attended a screening for a Korean film and was rudely brushed off by multiple pompous NYAFF staff. It was quite unorganized and the films on this particular day did not start on time. The theater itself is comfy, but I’d rather take my business to a theater that treats its customers with dignity and respect (IFC Center, Metrograph, Angelika Film Center, Film Forum, etc).

Hi, most of our Virtual Cinema offerings are geo-blocked to the U.S. or U.S. territories.
Yes there are reserved wheelchair and companion seats in all three theaters, typically at the back of the 1st section (before the steeper stadium seating behind).
You can just check in at the box office when you arrive.
