Worst amc theatre I’ve EVER been too. Went to watch Smile (terrible btw) and the seats were so janky and low. Literally no back/neck support and I’m only like 5’6. It’s almost giving school chairs uncomfortable. Then the people coming in for the movie are super loud & disrespectful. Never experienced that in other theaters in other not so nice areas of NYC. This was a whole joke

We enjoyed the move. Although the theater is old, the seats are old. They keep the place very clean and everyone from the front desk clerk/cashier to the concessions stand staff are all very nice and helpful.

This movie theater is Gross and is not in decent condition. The seats where old and stained up (every last seat). I couldn't find one decent seat in the whole theater to sit on. The only reason I gave at least a 1 star rating is because the employees were understandable and granted our refund request.

Uncomfortable seats / old chairs from the 90s (theatre 4´s got to be the worse, convenience fees for credit card payment, no AC in the room. Not a very good evening overall.

If you go on Tuesday it's 5 dollars for everyone who is a Stubs member, check on the website for senior pricing. It is usually half of what regular price may be.
There is a nice small bar upstairs at Eastside Billiards Hall 163 E 86th OR a couple of bars on the south side of 86th st Heidelberg on 85th is authentic German. Supply House is younger crowd.
Parking is hard to come by. Your best bet is public transportation in this congested area but if you are driving there's some parking facilities in a 3 block radius. Also some free parking in residential blocks but you'll be playing the waiting game so it's best to arrive a hour earlier for your movie and don't forget to purchase your tickets online for fast service.
don't know you'll have to check their current movie showtimes to see if they have it.
Check online or call theatre

Cinemas must provide display devices Closed Captioning customers or hearing impaired. These devices can be hand-held or caught in the seatback so that the subtitles are only visible to the user who needs it. For blind clients, theaters must provide an audio description track. Usually it is only available in English. Look theaters with "open captioning" using technology capable of providing captioning devices ESL (English as a Second Language) for languages such as Spanish.
i honestly dont know what that's bout... but if its something that has a viewing at AMC Opheum, it will be the app. or you may just need to ring the cinema & find out...
I have no idea it is better to ask management
Not sure on what screen "DA" is showing and there are escalators for all floors.
Yes
to be honest, i had no idea AMC had packages like that... 2nd, i honestly dont know...
In the coming soon tab
They do have lost and found.
Yes as long as they are 12 or older and the movie is PG
All the above answers are good,in general most movies are two and half hours long very rarely you get a movie that 3 hours long, peace and enjoy your movie, peace
I really don't know how to answer that, but you should've complained to management and have them either return your money or give you tickets to another showing when the problem was fixed
Not sure, try calling them
Its not at this theater Loews 7 amc playing at empire 25 amc at 1 pm the Empire 25 amc theater is on wwest 42 st hope it helped
I think the earliest showing ( I'm answering without looking) showing starts at noon. You can just google it or go to amc.com
Amc app but also know Tues is $5 movie and check thier new movie club -- great value
Yes log on to the amc app and order and pay for whichever movie and time you want to see it at. Then you can download a copy of your tkts straight to your phone which they will swipe at the movie theater. If u don't want to download the tkt stubs to your phone the just pay for your tkts on line and then when you enter the movie theater visit there tkt kiosk where u will swipe your credit card and the kiosk machine will print out your movie tkts right there and you can enter the movie of your choice. Its a simply process which i do all the time and have never had a problem with. Hope that helped enjoy your show.
The cost of the tickets all depends on what kind of movie you want to see. If its 3D there more expensive then a regular showing of saod movie. Also price is different based on time of said movie with matinees being cheaper the other times of movie showing. And finally the price of movie also depends on your age being that seniors pay a cheaper price for there movie tickets. So all things considered the regular price of a movie is about $16.00 per ticket for a movie. On a side not the price per ticket for a movie is the least of your worries if you plan on purchasing anything at the concession stand. Now thats where the theater gets you for an arm and a leg. The concession prices are outrageously expensive. A soda, popcorn, and some candy can easily run you about $20.00 or thereabouts per person. Hope i helped in answering your question. Enjoy the show.
I'm pretty sure It Is,just to be safe call give them a call....
Prices are the same as any other movie theater in the city. They do have senior discount tkts, and they have a matinees movie price which is a little bit cheaper then normal tkt prices. Now the concession prices are ridiculously expensive for example 2 small sodas, 1 medium popcorn, and 1 package of candy is $20-$25 dollars. So if you have kids or even just a date night out do yourseld a favor don't go to the movies otherwise you'll need two jobs in order to afford the movie tkts and concessions.
You can just walk in. But it is better to reserve the seat.
I don't work there. I just went there to see a movie.
Showing what?
