Who is the owner of churches chicken on 13th? The place is so unorganized it’s pathetic. U always have to wWait on your food when you go through the drive-through they never get orders right, It’s a poor management place,

The food don't even taste the same as before. Seems like the recipe has changed. And if you have to wait in the drive thru why is my okra cold and soggy?😣😣frustrating!!!!

+30 min wait drive-thru or carry out. It's better than when it first opened, but not by much... And honestly I'm sure the owner is well aware of the complaints, but it's so popular despite the complaints they're probably making enough money to not bother.

For starters the building wasnt even big enough.Why do they have a refrigerated truck with food & supplies backed up towards the building?

I will no longer go to Church's chicken. The food does not taste the way it did when they were here before. It's like a totally different recipe. The chicken is hard and dark. Before the chicken was golden and moist. I am so disappointed. When I go to Churches in Oklahoma City the chicken is so good the way it used to be here. Maybe they need training on how to cook the real churches chicken.
