The employees had poor customer service. Most of them had white ear pieces in their ear on one side. I was repetitive asking questions and if they were paying attention instead of listening to headphones I would have had a bad experience. Chicken was awesome not the employees I was very disappointed I even seen the manager with headphones in her ear listening to music.

The staff was working harder than Ive ever seen a staff work in my life. These people really care about their jobs. The managers service was incredible and the food was delicios. Im definitely coming here for chicken from now on.

The food is really good. Just tired of having to beg for condiments. They should be more willing to offer/sale condiments. It ruins the meal without enough in my opinion.

Excellent chicken. Just expect a wait since there is always a line in the drive thru. Worth the wait though. Love the biscuits and the corn nuggets and the apple pies are amazing

The food don't even taste the same as before. Seems like the recipe has changed. And if you have to wait in the drive thru why is my okra cold and soggy?😣😣frustrating!!!!

I think you should get rid of those sweet biscuits....yuck! Can I get a dinner roll like you used to have. Want church's chicken today but because of the bread situation, I'll be going elsewhere.

Hello, Thank you for contacting Church's Chicken. We will be opening at 13th and Oliver, Tuesday morning, November 6th. Have a great weekend.

We went into the Church’s at 13th last Wed. Only customers right then, but none of the 4 up front even turned around and looked at us. 1 girl came out of the side, and looked at us, but said NOTHING. 30 minutes before we had food, but no okra.

Yeah I would definitely call in to their managment regarding service and missing items. Seems like they are trying real hard to get the crew into shape they have some new faces there but that's no excuse for poor service.
