This Taco Bell is the worst one I have ever visited. They Always have an issue from their machines being broken, being out of certain foods or getting the orders wrong every time or the staff being rude. Yesterday was my last ever visit as again their machine was broken to take cards as payment. Do they need a better manager to get these things fixed or replaced?! I don't know but they are a very bad example for this franchise and Taco Bell should do something about it to fix the issues.
Stunning Shoulder
They were out of sour cream and the drink I wanted. The sour cream really makes the food for me and I would have gone somewhere else but this particular drive through has a high wall along the drive through so you literally cannot get out. Being out of product isn't their fault I get that. But they also got my order wrong. I requested no meat on my nachos and there was meat on them. It was keyed right on the reciept but somebody just didn't read when they made them. And whoever bagged it up didn't read and look either. My bad for not checking before I pulled away..... not.

The table hadn't been cleaned, my wife had to tell the cashier what was in a certain burrito after ordering it a certain way. The food tastes different every time, whether that's due to food storage practices, food prep or ingredient changes from the distributor, we will never know. I personally like my food to taste the same every time I order it. Knowledgeable staff would be nice too. My wife shouldn't have to tell the people working there what's in it. And all this IF the lobby is open. We have been to several locations and had to drive away without food, because we want to go in and enjoy ourselves. We also find employees on their phones quite a bit, plus we shouldn't have to hear the conversations being had by the employees.

The drive thru has customers place their money or card on a tray and they return the payment method and ya food in the same manner to help minimize exposure
Taco Bell workers are having attitude problems due to being so short staffed for so long. Hopefully it will end soon. Sorry for the experience you had at Taco Bell.
