It just didn't taste like it used to. I was looking forward to my cheer burger and they jus6 don't taste the same to me. The frosty was wonderful !

Only had two vehicles in front of us and took almost 20min to order then had to repeat several times and who ever was working window was very rude.

I will start by I normally don't write bad reviews but this has to be the worse service I have had. First they messed up my order, then didn't tell me how much it was after paying I asked the cashier the total which he didn't know then finally told me after asking him why it was higher than it should have been he said here you can speak to my manager. When the manger came to the widow I explained that the total was wrong and he said well this is what you ordered when I told him no it wasn't he then said well what do you want me to do about that re-ring the order. I said just forget it and then the manager rudely says well I don't know what you want us to do we are busy. I just drove away. I just needed them to understand they should pay more attention to what their customers ordered so this doesn't happen again. Will not be going back to this location again!

I’ve been to this Wendy’s a few times and I usually have great service, but the last couple times I’ve gone were right around lunch time and the service is horrible. The staff says absolutely nothing as they’re interacting with you and I had to ask to find out what my total was. They were having personal conversations the entire time which wouldn’t be a big deal if it didn’t impede their ability to do their jobs. My food was all made incorrectly, our burgers had no veggies on them but I’m on my lunch break and don’t have time to go back and get a refund. Next time I want Wendy’s I’ll just drive further to a different location. ETA It’s been 4 days and I contacted corporate and never heard anything back. I didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t go get a refund. I really don’t complain about places, but I spent $20 on food that was made completely wrong and I had the worst service I ever received. Really rethinking wether I’ll be back to any Wendy’s again in Wichita.
