Getting a loan is always a nerve wreaking thing but the staff at Wichita Federal Credit Union were incredible. First started with Adelynn which helped with the starting process of the getting a loan. She was very friendly and answered all my questions in a timely matter. Once I got pre-approved for a loan, I was then assisted by Alex. Alex who was also very nice and friendly, laid out all my options without forcing me to choose anything over the other or anything I didn't feel comfortable with. He also helped answered all my questions and when I went to go get the check greeted me at the window which was very nice to put a face behind the e-mails and phone calls.
