The fake Popsicles hanging from the windows was tacky looking because they were not placed nicely. The workers had their friends up there being loud and the worker filled my shake only half full and did not blend it properly and wasn't very professional speaking. I felt like this was the worse encounter ever in the 35 years I have been eating at Braums. Very disappointing.

I took a star away for a slight infraction to my order (I was missing one of my fries). That might sound petty, but often I go somewhere and am missing a part of my meal causing me to go back through the drive thru/or walk inside and get my order corrected. Not a big deal but let my missing item be a reason you double check your order before pulling off as I should. They weren't busy so I was alittle dissapointed it was missing. Otherwise ......I was satisfied with my meal as I typically am at any braums.

They overlooked part of our order and we waited over 10 minutes for it...10 minutes for 2 shakes. I understand getting rushes, but that didn't happen until after we came in. We had to remind them of why we were even there. Will probably go to another location during that time frame.

Stopped here on the way home from Belle Plaine. Had a large order..4 children, 3 adults. We went inside to order as we figured it would be easier. The order did not take long. They were very quick and it was completely accurate...no mistakes...
