This McDonald's is better than alot of others here in the city. I went inside and it was clean, well kept lobby. The employees were friendly and very attentive to everyone. I have about 3 to 4 items only that I will eat from McDonald's and at the other location they always tend to get my order wrong or hand me cold food. This McDonald's actually made my order right and the first time. Thumbs up! 👍

food is most always fine, but one of the drive thru sensor never seems to pick up that a car is there. lines are usually long because of this

My first time I've ever been at this location in Wichita Kansas at 11130 East 21st Street North in Wichita Kansas. I'll never go back again the manager Claudia Barrios was very very rude disrespectful caused me to have to rush home to take my anxiety and medicine because of my PTSD. I don't know how they allow people like that to work in places like that she was very very rude and disrespectful

Dosalina was rude and had an attitude for no reason at all. When I got to the window she was gone and a man was there to verify my order and take my payment. I went to the next window the young lady was great professional and friendly. I asked if she was the one who took my order and she said no. The expert asked what lane I was in and provided me with the magician's name. I believe she was nowhere around because she knew she was rude. If you do not like your job say that! Find a place that makes you happy. The food was great I just wish the initial customer service matched.
