Wendy's has my favorite Breakfast and the once in a while I treat myself to it, they always get it right and they are always very quick with my order and friendly. Only Wendy's I have been to in Wichita that always gets my order right!

I love the chicken nuggets. They are even great all by themselves. I was disappointed with Wendy's last night. My sister was wanting a salad. She was told they didn't have the salad she ordered. She selected another salad and was told that salad was also unavailable. She asked if she could get 2 grilled chicken patties. First the charge was going to be over 11. Dollars. We explained, we only wanted 2 plain grilled chicken patties. Then the cost was down to $8.00. We decided to forgo the grilled chicken patties. The window person was not helpful.

Fast food on a holiday is always a hit or miss affair - food workers may have been 'voluntold' to work, tempers are short, customers are rude, and everyone is stressed. This is the norm, HOWEVER, this was definitely not our experience at Wendy's on Harry in Wichita. The crew working when we stopped in for lunch around 11:30 on Christmas Eve Day was great. Not only did they get our food out quickly, they were super friendly, and our cashier Tera was fantastic, and had a great sense of humor. We don't live in Wichita, but if we did, we'd definitely be back. Thanks for the great service!

Can I select zero stars? I honestly don't know how this place is still in business...after 3 separate attempts to visit the drive-thru during the same week between the hours of 6-8 PM, their "system" has been conveniently down rendering them unable to place any orders. How is the an ongoing problem/how is this even a thing? Is this issue even on the owner's radar? Does the proprietor hate money? This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.
