Came at 2-3 AM, which is a bad time because everything closes. This place was slammed and we still were waited on immediately. The waitress (can't remember her name, she had a face tattoo) was very nice and responsive, and very fast. Food came out cold one time but was quickly and efficiently corrected. Overall, not bad service for a full house at 3 AM, and the staff were all very attentive. Food was 3.5/5, definitely needs some seasoning though.

Came in and got exceptional service! Efrain did great and the manager came to check up on us also!

Food quality was good and tasty, but the customer service was very poor. We waited so long to be addressed as the first step then our order of cookie dough pancakes took so long. Longer as in 35 mins. By the way Dennys don’t serve lava cake anymore. In the meantime while we waited, we saw random people just walk in and settle down, not even order. A few people seemed to have smoked in the restroom. Didn’t feel safe. Maybe for good quality you could try it, but order before your leave the home so that you don’t end up wishing for long.

Customer Service is horrible, been waiting for 7min for water and a banana smoothie. The waitress than told me she would be back in a minute. Total of 4 people in front and one person acknowledged me. That one person was by herself had my table waiting. The 4 staff members continue to talk without helping their customers. I'm highly accept as I can up here to enjoy my birthday morning. My morning is now messed up due to the lack of customer service.
