I have had such great experiences at this tag office but this morning I had such a bad one that it has left a sour taste in my mouth. Ronna was my clerk I was with and she was very rude and talked to me like a was stupid. I was flustered anyways because I didn’t know exactly what I was doing which I told her which made me stumble over my words and she was super rude about that and when I couldn’t remember my exact custom tag letters she called me out on it “you don’t even know it” which made me more flustered. More rudeness happened but to much to write. All in all very rude and left me very upset.

The people are great, but there are not enough of them. The queue was closed on April 18 at 9:30 am saying they are full for the day. I only counted six employees total in the time I was there, and only four of the stations were open. Do not plan on running to this office as an errand. You must check in first or else you may not get an appointment for the day.

Went to this tag office around 11 am and the line was closed for the day. An associate was there to help and asked if I was paying by check and I said yes. He said he would take my paperwork and I gave him the check and address and they would mail my tags in two days. I thought to myself as slow as mail is that wouldn't happen. But I tried it and I received them two days later. Fantastic. Whoever thought of this idea is brilliant. No waiting in line, no nothing. Thank you for this excellent service!!!!
