Main counter employees are always very nice, but tried to open a savings account for my young daughter and the lady was very rude because I didn't have her Social Security card with us so we left and I told my daughter we'll just set up an account for her online at another bank that I like better. So they lost a customer for life there. Online use is becoming the way to do it anyway and you get better rates so might as well. You'd think these banks would try harder to get new customers and not turn people away like this.

No one should have to wait more than 10 minutes. With using mobile phone you use up all our minutes with no answer to our banking problems. This happens every time I have tried to call.
