After shopping here for thirty minutes and walking past several employees, no one bothered to tell me the dressing rooms were closed for a maintenance repair that day. Had to put everything back. They should have told customers when they walked in what the situation was instead of wasting everybody’s time. Sooooo frustrating.

Typical Old Navy, nice store, assume clothes are well organized others are strewn around on the shelves. Employees interaction was very positive at this one, the workers were friendly even when other customers were getting snippy about petty things.

The store itself is like any Old Navy but the workers are above and beyond! James and Lily were the cashiers when I went and they were so fast, positive, knowledgeable, and kind! I hope they get raises!
