I sent roses to my muse for Valentine’s Day. It so happened that she was at an alternate site to where I sent the flowers to. I did pay extra for guaranteed by noon delivery, but was wowed when the driver redelivered the flowers to where she was working that day, especially on such a busy day. I’ve ordered flowers from Tillie’s many times, and the quality and customer service sets the bar high. I can’t recommend them enough.

I ordered flowers for our anniversary from tillys for the first time. When they arrived they were not as good as I expected. I informed the store and they were very apologetic and immediately sent out another set at no charge and they were great. Absolutely great customer service all the way around! I will order here from now on. Great small business to support! Even in these hard times they didn’t hesitate to send out another set. Highly recommend!!!!

I ordered over the phone a dozen red roses. I could have had them delivered but chose to take them up to my wife myself and they were on special. The prices, service personnel and the product all oustanding

We take several precautions at Tillie’s! Our staff continues to wear masks because we still deliver product to nursing homes and hospitals. We will contribute to do so until most of our staff has had a chance to get vaccinated. We have dividers up on our checkout stand still. We offer curbside pickup if you wish. We offer no contact delivery still. Masks are encouraged in the store still, but we understand the state mandate has ended.

Don't know. Never had to track an oder. But my flowers always arrived on time. I've been here for over 20 years and they are the only flower shop I've ever used and never had a problem. I wire more flowers then sent locally and someone on the other end always let me know how they turned out or sentence a picture back of them.
