this is the absolute worst mcdonald’s in all of wichita. if they ask you to pull forward refuse and stay in the drive or else you’ll be stuck waiting ages and be approached by multiple workers fumbling through different bags asking about your order. if you’re lucky you’ll eventually get your food, or you’ll have to go in and remind them. this has happened multiple times at this point, alongside a myriad of other issues.

This is the last time I will ever go to this location. I had a mobile order waited for 30 minutes went in to the restaurant waited 10 more minutes for them to find my order sitting waiting to be taken out. Food was cold and they told me it would be another 30 minutes for them to remake it. Have waited in drive through lane for over 30 minutes before as well. And their customer service is literally the worst I've ever experienced.

The reason why I 3 star this place is because we dine in and you need condiments they don't give you any I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes then gave up. They are fast with food. And it great quality but they put their order times before their customers. So if you in a hurry this is the place to go for sure.

Visited 3 times … worst experience every time especially with the staff they are so rude with customers even the manager … This kind off guys reduces customers to the franchise….
