They do not directly. It is a membership gym. Your insurance company might pay the monthly membership but you would have to find out from your insurance company.
Some programs - silversneakers/prime, silver&fit/acrive&fit, and optum fitness advantage. Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask if they provide these services and to be enrolled, then you can go to the gym and register at the front desk
