Is there a fee to drop off an animal or is it donations?

I was just there last week and they are not accepting animals at this time.

I actually just called them, they are a very limited shelter when it comes to accepting animals.. They ask for a donation and the animal has to pass a behavioral and blood test, and have hospital records. the lady highly recommends a Maricopa government-funded shelter for drop offs. A lot of shelters go to those types of shelters to get their animals. But if you look up their shelter and just give them a call the lady / girl at the front desk was very helpful.
