Order a shirt online in the store an Couldn’t get any service on the phone for a tracking number an the “manager” has no professionalism over the phone and instead would rather treat you like a homie. Ridiculous it’s a skater and clothing store not the vape shop. So sad honestly because the service in the store was amazing

On 08/07/2022 the mall has closed and we were our way to the car and walked by and the door was still open, so we stopped in to look really quick. We just had figured we could take a quick glance and come back another day if my daughter found anything she liked. Well a young man approached us and started to help us. He looked like he was exhausted and not feeling so well, probably because of all the back to school shoppers, but he was so eager to help my daughter find some shoes she liked. He said not to worry about the closing time and he was gonna help find her something that fit and she liked. He sat down with her and they went through different shoes on his phone. She found a couple and he climbed the ladder and grabbed them so she could try them on. A couple other people came in and he jumped up to grab them shoes as well. By this time it's already 100 degrees inside because the mall shuts the AC off right at 6. She found an awesome pair that fit her and it was because he was so polite and eager to help. Then we went to pay and the young lady was absolutely amazing and so friendly. Striking a conversation with my daughter and making sure she didn't need anything else. I don't usually write long reviews like this, but these employees are absolutely amazing. It was literally the best shopping experience I've ever had. And being a dad walking around with his daughter while she shops is not an easy feat. We will undoubtedly be checking this store first and foremost before any other from now on and I am happy to tell anyone else I come across to go there. Thank you guys. You are appreciated more than you probably know.

Love the sales staff. The ladies are always helpful and know all about the products. We shop at the Arrowhead store often because the sales staff. Highly recommend shopping there.
