usually my favorite store to visit but the past 2 times ive been the workers have been extremely rude and unprofessional. i saw a phone in the window while i was walking past and ran in to bring it to the front desk, the lady immediately snapped at me that it was hers as if i was supposed to know. then today i went to try on pants and the woman at the dressing rooms told me they were all full in a very rude tone and then told me to wait, despite me not saying anything. then once i got a room, she asked for my name and wrote "Al" which isnt my name or even close to it and asked for the number of clothes i had (i had originally told her that because i didnt hear her ask for my name). after the fact a child ran into the dressing room and looked under the door into my stall, my boyfriend who was outside tried to get her to stop him and she made a point of looking away. she has medium length brown hair and was at the dressing rooms around 2:45. she had a black shirt on. extremely rude and unprofessional and was a violation of my privacy.

Customer service was HORRIBLE! Store associates were taking their time with a line of 12 people. Talking about unnecessary topics unrelated to work… signs/deals need to be specific. They do NOT do returns on anything and one girl shirt was soo low it made me feel uncomfortable. I will NEVER go back to this store
