Uncomfortably warm and only 1 if 3 employees could do returns. Since that's how Hot Topic wants you to return online stuff, it took awhile for her to become available and a line formed. Felt very rushed and pushed into taking a store credit because she couldn't figure out how to do credits from 2 separate orders. Desert Ridge store is less crowded with merch, has helpful employees and more plus-size clothes.
