Empty shelves, the store was extremely dirty. Four people on the floor an only one checking the long line out. Not impressed. They could definitely use some work.

I give it one star because I can’t give negative stars. Every item I had came up at the wrong price, when I said something about prices being wrong I was told ”prices have gone up but they have not changed the shelf labels yet and they do not have to honor that price “. I advised that by law you do actually have to honor it. The 20 something female manager rolled her eye and said “no we don’t “. After talking on the phone to her manager she said that she would give me the prices on the shelf as if she was doing me a favor . She then mouthed off something as I walked out the door, she then followed me out of the store wanting to fight. Phoenix people avoid Family Dollar at 43rd Ave and Bethany Home Rd like the plague!!
