Everytime I call, they have friendly staff that help to the best of their abilities. Haven't had an issue yet and it's been over a year

Worst website and bill pay ever. Their old system was terrible and their new system is even worse. Not user friendly at all. No easy way to access their site because everything has to be in a specific format and no matter how you try it won’t work. Online bill pay should be easy. If my water gets turned off it’s because I can’t get online to pay and don’t feel I should need to kill a tree for mail service.

Well we live in Glendale Arizona and a few times a month when you go took take a drink of water or use it to cook or shower brown nasty water comes out and it's definitely not something you want to see especially when using this everyday all day for yourself and family so I hope they get this together.. all the customer service rep said was to let the water run 5 min and it'll go away .. I don't think that's the point after seeing that who wants to drink it or use it to cook with and ino I can't afford to keep buying water when it should be clean .. gas is high food is high now I have to buy water smh

Extremely rude customer service. Better training is needed asap. I cannot believe any business would be okay with staff demeaning their customers.

Can a landlord turn off service of its in your name?

I would think it's possible but only with a court order. If it's a forced eviction but I would think that would only apply to squatters or something if you have at least they shouldn't have any right to be able to turn anything off as long as your current normally the utilities only respond to the person the services for however there may be a clause for landlords especially since Arizona sucks when it comes to tenant rights. The very landlord Centric here. I've never seen a state as badly unsympathetic to tenant rights and protections. We have almost no say in anything regardless of whether the landlord is a slumlord and you got sewage coming in your apartment your lights have frayed wires in your stove doesn't work there's a gas leak and the landlord's just disappear with very little repercussions the state is so backwards
