My father has a good dog that needs rehoming,is this a place that would be able to help??

You have to call. They have limited space.

This is a small shelter, so call ahead to see if they are accepting dogs. They have a very rigorous screening program for matching pet parents. The AZ Humane society is a 2nd option. They are no kill also and have a much larger foster network.

Either stop by or call them and see. They will find it a good home , because they screen to., make sure its a good fit. Im so sorry that your dad cant keep it.

I called about a really friendly homeless cat and they were full at the time, maybe give them a call. If they do take on your father's dog, s/he will be treated with welcome arms and will be processed into a home fit for the dog not just the owner. They do not kill nor declaw.
