What time does the gym open and close and what kinda equipment does it have

There is a 'fitness room', its a small room maybe 10 x 8, has some old equipment in it. Wouldn't qualify as a gym. FYI many residents and most staff smoke cigarettes, you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to the 'fitness room' or try sitting by the pool, you can't get away from it.
