My mother lives there and it is a very nice adult (55 plus) trailer park neighborhood with plenty of activities to keep you active and outgoing multi pools a work-out room, shuffle board, and more. They have on site laundry room for those that aren't able to have their own. Plus many more amenities. Easy to access just off Greenfield S. of Main and North of Broadway on the East side of the road.

It depends. If you own your mobile home it is approx $750.00 plus trash, water and sewer. If you rent your trailer or make payments. It will be nearly double that. But you can get a place here for any price range.

Well I believe they would work with you at 49. Some places are 55+. There are a few vacant lots and are filled quickly with new homes. The mobile home park throughout is very clean and maintenance is on the job quickly to resolve and correct grounds daily. They issue notices daily to residences of violations giving consideration and time to respond and correct issues. They do not knock on your door to issue a notice. Instead each home is required to have a clip on an outside wall near an entrance door by the homes garage for park-wide informational update notices. Individual residential notices direct from the office come in a standard business white letter sized envelope. The office gives several days to respond to explain individual circumstances. Office keeps correspondences confidential. If you are looking for a well maintained living community this is one. Keeping neighborly rules it is nice and easy living.
