Is this family friendly and pet

I haven't heard anything about allowing families in here. This is still 55+ park as far as I know

Pet friendly yes, but there is a fea also it's 55+ park so it's really for senior living.

It was a 55+ community, but recently began allowing younger families in, so not as quiet as before. Pets are welcome, on leash and with owners picking up their waste.
