It is a mobile home/ rv community. It is family friendly with playground, swimming pool, fitness center and dog park. There are quite a few kids in the community.

Not age restricted. It's a mixed park of mobile homes and RVs. Most amenities are separated for mobile home residents vs RVs. Separate pools, exercise facilities. There is a nice clubhouse for RVer's with TV's, a pool table, and one male and one female shower each. You have to do your own lot maintenance/landscaping/weed control. Lot fee covers water. Other utilities are separate and have been working ok but upon installation required repairs on both the electric and internet because they were not up to date and maintained. We have not had any issues with parking or pets. You play annually for your lot.

There is a coin laundry, pool, hot tub, exercise room, and club house with a pool table and WiFi. Call the office for current rates and specials, but I believe it is around $3600 that is paid annually right now. My understanding is they don't accept transient of even monthly rentals, yearly only.
