I realize that most parks only rent the lot space. There are some that sell lot spaces that's why I asked what seemed like a silly question. Thank you all for your answers.
Most parks dont sell lots only rent, that's how they make their money
The lots themselves aren't for sale in Seyenna Vistas, but the mobile homes on the lots are for sale and rent. If you purchase your home you pay lot rent,sewer,water and garbage each month. If you fall behind in lot rent you can/will be evicted whether you own or rent your home. They can also auction your home for payment of your back lot rent.
