If you desire to live in a quiet 55+ Community come join us at Brentwood Southern. I suggest you ignore many of the Old Outdated RANTS listed here. Its not ritzyville by any means and all the 55+ Parks have increased Lot Rent Prices, but the NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM (wife/husband) since we arrived 7/2021 have made many improvements and are easy to communicate with. Yes, the Parks Owner needs to reseal the streets, but overall the park looks much better than when we moved in. We like it here...

Yes.
$700 a month. way touch for what we get. that includes water, garbage and sewer. they raise the rent every year. security gates do not work at all times . takes days for them to get them fixed. pool closed way to often. I am moving

You are allowed if you're 40, but you also need someone that's 55+. I was only 35 but I'm my mother's caretaker. She was 60 at the time.
Uh no. Just the opposite. The work out room is by the outside pool. There is shuffle board and horseshoe pits by the indoor pool. No tennis courts.
I have 2 inside cats and one size medium dog. Do you allow pets?
