This place is DISGUSTING. So dirty inside and stinks. There are PATIENTS who sit out front smoking weed. The safety certificates in the elevators expired 10/2020!! Two years ago and there is a hole in the elevator floor! I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE HAS NOT BEEN SHUT DOWN YET!

Been an EMT/paramedic in the dmv for over 10 years. This is as bad as it gets. The place is filthy, pts have no autonomy or privacy. There are better places all over the dmv. Do not let anyone you love stay here.

My husband's been in this facility for over a year. This place should be shut down. It' the worst in the DMV. His clothes are missing and the rooms are horrible. I would never refer anyone to this facility. Staff is very cordial, but they are overworked.

Don't ever think you'r want to work in an inproffedional atmosphere dmsuch as Clinton Nursing & Rehan. People die there Daily eithout anyone ever knowing why. Their Director might as well be called USELESS Youton. His manera is very unproffesional Luke the staff. The building repasa of bowl Doors. No staff to assist tour loved ones. No linense nor enough supplies. Residents lashed with pillowvases. Elevators, breakdown constanymtly. No hot water day to day. Fowl smelling rooms. Food is horrible. Nurse unfit to care for a dog. Unlicensed staff. People die offten. The PG Osbudmans is of their concerns. Too many drugs within ate used within by the residents and STAFF. Its a Joke at Clinton. Staffing issues. State issued money dissappears for residents. Poor Social workers without certifications work there. Business Office workers dont know how to fill out forma when needed. GNA's are lazy, loud mouth that sleep while on duty. I can name some if the workerscheck nex
