I tried to return 2 (two) of the 4 bottles I had purchased of Pepto Bismol (Walgreens brand). The 2nd bottle I opened tasted a little weird, but anyway I wanted to return the other 2 unopened ones that the pharmacist had got it for me and made me pay at the pharmacy. They denied to give me a return, cause they said it was medicine prescribed by the dr. (Even when the pharmacist had clearly told me it was over the counter and I would have purchased only one in that brand and see how it goes…. Or I could have purchased the real brand, instead of purchasing 4 of the Walgreens brand…. Well, the manager, Isabelle (not very sure if that was her real name, because her name tag was facing backwards), said she tried to help me, even when she didn’t even try to do anything, but just just saying it was a medicine paid at the pharmacy that could t be returned…. and then just walked away in a very obnoxious and rude way…. Please hire better employees to work there, because that’s not the way how people should be treated and there is a very good reason why most of the reviews are really low…

One of the worst stores, I have ever visited. Special shout out to Rosita. She's some piece of work. She's got some of the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. If you want to be treated poorly.. go seek her out. She knows what's up.

I debated using this pharmacy based on the negative reviews, but decided to go with it bc of convenience. So far, I haven't had any issues with any of the pharmacy services I've used (monthly/regular prescriptions, covid booster, etc). I use the Walgreens app, which has made it a bit more convenient and easier. My monthly refill is in the fridge so I just remind them and it's a breeze. If any issues, I communicate with my doctors' offices to double check. When I changed jobs and had a new insurance, the tech already had it on file when I went to pick up a refill. The staff does seem overworked at times and I hope conditions improves for them. Sometimes, there's a line, but it has never been a crazy long wait. I have a family of pharmacists, so I just remember to be a bit more patient and kind.
