No, no one under the age of thirty-five, so ELS claims. They also claim no more rentals, so they say.

This is a 55+ community. However, they offer a certain amount of 35+. I know this from experience. I'm not sure if they are required to, but they do. Also, most of the trailers are privately owned (as far as I know) however, the owners must pay a monthly "LOT" fee, which isnt very cheap. The only thing that you wind up owning, is the trailer itself.

They do have a percentage of 55 and younger in the park. Mostly 54 plus tho. Unsure if they are still renting homes out. Give em a call, u maybe surprised!! Good luck
