It was a nice atmosphere until about a month ago, when up the street new tenants moved in, all of whom are FAR below the 55+ age this park is advertised to be, (appear to be teenagers or young adults). With these new tenants I have witnessed loud fighting, fist fight in the street, rock throwing, multiple different cars at all hours, etc. Not the peaceful environment it once was.

Poor managements. The property is being targeted by excessive trespasser scoping out people patios. That's definitely time for a new manager. Sense the prior management doesn't care. . As for replies . They don't come from the actual; owner of the property. It comes from, wantabe management. So the math. No everything gets reported to the owners of the property owners.

Don't plan on living here if you want to have water. Also if you want to speak to the office unless they're trying to sell you something they never answer. I left multiple messages over 3 weeks and still have not heard back. Again the water is out for the park because they keep busting lines and can't hire competent Crews. Because of the on and off of the water my water heater busted and flooded my place and they have not returned my calls.

Do you have movli homes or trailers for rent?
Not sure you would need to contact the office.
They have an answering service. Leave message. We had trouble with our electrical camper #678
Yes as long as the older adult has a note from the Dr saying they need in home care.
Yes homes for sale
Who are you
I do not live there but I visit a friend there , it is very quiet play the most part 2 home stare very nice and the people have decorated their yard space very nice if I did not own my own home I needed a quick place to stay I could possibly choose one of the homes there or bring own
I don't have information about a for rent trailer but they do have many for sale now and the ones for sale are mobile homes.
Yes...I don't know how much though
They are only for sale, there is no rent and prices vary, you should call the Holiday Village office, regards
You have to be at least 55 years old but you can call them to get info. I don't have the # but I posted a pic of the sign on here last winter and the # is visible.
No they are owned by individuals.
Jewel Ivy is right!
It's a 55 and over park. No kids.
Yes homes for sale😁
I think that they're doing their part to conserve water. Wait, that's not it. Then, you got me stumped!!!! Lol😝
Not sure. Your best bet would ti be give them a call
Check with the real estate office. I'm sure they do.
And they do nothing about the younger ones living in here with their grandma and or grandpa.
The lots are not sold they are leased you buy the home. I've been in this park since 2007 and I'll admit it was a lot nicer back then it slowly started going down after new management took over in 2008, but that person is no longer manager and the new manager is getting things done. As head of the neighborhood watch yes there's drugs here but there anywhere you go and we are doing something about it
55 plus here, pets are ok, but only small ones.
as i said its not 55 plus as advertised, so beware
