Is anyone familiar with the very dangerous fungus C.Auris? It is immune to the usual anti-fungal drugs and not all laboratories are equipt to test for this specific strain. Identified in 2009 in Japan.

Candida auris is a species of fungus first described in 2009, which grows as yeast. It is one of the few species of the genus Candida which cause candidiasis in humans. Often, candidiasis is acquired in hospitals by patients with weakened immune systems. Find out more at https://cdc.gov This is the center for disease control. Should help.
