Why doesn't the person responsible for updating the open hours do just that?
Website clearly states that hours are until 5pm Monday to Friday, so I called at 4:45pm...guess what - CLOSED.
Not a happy Teddy-Bear!

That has nothing to do with my question. Someone is responcible for updating the info on the website. They aren't doing their job.
Your treatment is not the issue here.
