I can only say great things about Great Wall Chinese medicine and Acupuncture! I started having migraine and pain in my eye area few months back. At one point the pain was so unbearable and I had to use some painkillers just to get by. I went to see an eye doctor and the doctor prescribed my some eye drops which didn’t help at all. I did a few MRIs and the doctors found nothing wrong. So my eye doctor wanted to refer me to a neurologist. I thought that was ridiculous and I started looking online and found Great Wall. Dr Xiao was very attentive and asked about everything and I found out the pain I had was caused by an accident. The accident was minor and I didn’t even thought about it. Dr Xiao helped me make a treatment plan and worked with my insurance company. Dr Yan is very knowledgeable in acupuncture and my pain was nearly all gone after three sessions. I couldn’t have been more happy with the results. After a few sessions, I had huge improvements in my shoulder area, the pain was almost all gone and I had better sleep and my general energy level improved by a lot.

Where do I even begin? Dr. Xiao and her team are total lifesavers!! I called one Friday morning really distressed because I was feeling severe back pain, numbness/spasms down my left leg, and inflammation in my left knee. At that point I was 3 weeks away from my wedding and I had already been seeing a physical therapist and could not get any relief. Dr. Xiao made time for me and after understanding my history and symptoms started me on a very aggressive acupuncture/TuiNa treatment plan where I visited the office a couple times per week with Dr. Yan who is a complete magician. After even the first session my spasms completely went away!! After the next couple of sessions I noticed the inflammation and pain virtually disappear. I scheduled one final massage where Dr. Yan left me completely relaxed and ready to experience one of the most important days of my life. I was able to walk down the aisle pain free (in heels) and so incredibly happy. The best part is the only medicine I took was Ibuprofen to help with the pain management and recovery. I am 30 year old and have had gut issues on and off for years. My first visit at Great Wall was March 2020, it was so memorable for me as my symptoms cleared up immediately. I work for a travel company so I have seen healers and medical practitioners all over. I have always had Great Wall bookmarked in my mind as a place I can come back to when I need healing. I came back today for another treatment and it was amazing, just as I remember. I am impressed with Dr. Qingsong Xiao, her care and passion for what she does. I received the massage, moxibustion and acupuncture - powerful combination of treatments. My stomach inflammation cleared. I highly recommend adding on the massage. I was on the fence because of cost but it was a great decision. The therapist was extremely intuitive and really helped me relax muscle tension.
