good luck! I have honestly no lie , I've kept a record, 10 calls to member services to request a members handbook and a provider list/ directory be mailed to me 1st call in oct 2018 . As I have no cell phone , computer, of my own, I am currently on a friends. I have also written and mailed a handwritten request. I have still not received it. Member services can't give me their supervisors name or #. Can only get the reps 1st name. Asked who I contact to find out what is happening to my requests, who is held accountable? The name of or number to where they send my request every time I call?? They cannot answer any of these or give me a contact that I deal with each time I call to follow up. They can only put in another request and send it. where do they send it? What dept? They don't know. So how do they confirm it went to appropriate dept or that is was received by that dept. when they don't even know where it goes when they send it,and no way to trace to find where the ball is dropp
