This clinic should be under investigation as many others who get paid for nothing.. they do nothing for their clients needs... They are co aligned with tlc and of anyone knows about tlc it is a useless place to send individuals with mental disabilities to live there... This place is a joke the staff are even funnier

I am leaving this clinic and going to a new one because the treatment and lack of concern or care that is exhibited at this clinic is egregious. I have been a client for around 5 years with this clinic and have had encounters with the staff that were dehumanizing.

I've only been a client for a couple months and I am completely disappointed by the under-staffing issues and lack of professionalism. I don't know why they are accepting new clients when they can't seem to handle their caseload of clients. My first case manager flaked on me after 2 sessions then quit after skipping out meeting for 3 weeks in a row. I still haven't been assigned to a new case manager. The doctor also messed up my two of my prescriptions. I may be somewhat functional but I need help too otherwise I wouldn't have been assigned to this horrible clinic in the first place. I hate that I have to go to this clinic for my psychiatric care because I feel more neglected than anything else.
