The place is so bad, I don't even know where begin. Totally not safe and the staff just stand around and watch when someone is trying to attack you then you lose your bed for defending yourself because the staff choose to defend their thug friends.

Lodestar is just a facilty inside the Human Resource Center in Phoenix. Start at the welcome center to get an ID Card and maybe a Bed. You can gain access with the Card.

I am not sure as to the place you are speaking of. But if you have AHCCS you can call them to make arangments. But you have to call them at least 72 hours before the day that you will need the ride. But this is only for Medical Office vists. If this is not a medical issue, then I am unsure as to help or recommend what you are asking. Hope this helps. Thanks.
That program is called court for the homeless I believe. Its a great program and that guy is right stop at the welcome center for they have many answers for your many questions Ps: they don't do felonys GOOD LUCK
