Great place with such wonderful staff. I wish everyone there the best. I am here to carry that message to the addict or alcoholic anyone going through hard times. I am here for each and everyone that reaches out for help. God bless.

Crossroads absolutely saved my life. I have only wonderful things to say about them. I found my home. I found my tribe. I spent 4 months at crossroads 360 on extension in mesa and I found tremendous love for them but most importantly for myself. Thank you all so very much for saving me.

Dr. Sloan and his staff have literally, without a DOUBT CHANGED MY LIFE. They do not look at you like just another drug addict, and I truly believe they care about their patients. I highly recommend anyone and everyone who is seeking treating and to have life long results, go to crossroads and see Them!!

Christina Andreaccio-Abel | Oct 13, 2019

Hi Rob! What do ypu mean? Are you trying to get Into Crossroads facility or attend the meeting?i think I may have confused either myself or others. I am a mom of 2 sons who have been hardcore heroin addicts of more than 10 years. 1 has been clean for 3 years now. My youngest son is now going to prison for 2 years for possession. He stated on the phone call when he phoned me to tell me why I hadn't heard fr o m him in several days. He said, "Mom, I signed a 2.5 year plea agreement. " I asked him WHY he would do somethi g like that without speaking with me first. His his response to me will haunt me for the rest of my life. He said, "Mom, I did it TO SAVE MY LIFE"! He stated he he knew that after being on the streets of Phoenix now for over 2 years, he knows goung to prison is the ONLY WAY he has a chance to get and stay clean . So now I have shared my life story. How can I HELP YOU? I was wanting to attend the meeting at Crossroads East for parents and loved ones of alcoholics n addict

Are ther any beds open ?? And how do u go about who gets in??

Marcelo Valenzuela | Oct 13, 2019
Nick Scatterday | Oct 13, 2019

Alot of factors determine bed positions. Such as treatment type and if you are SMI after the evaluation they will determine if crossroads is the correct treatment for you. It may take a couple days or a couple hours. But best way to get in is to show up everyday outside the office at 6 or 7 and let them see u and stay untill they dismiss u. This shows determination and want for the bed.

If I left there and its been over 60 days, can I come back?

Sorry Ass | Oct 13, 2019
Nick Scatterday | Oct 13, 2019

Yes. It depends on your situation. If you were kicked out you might have a harder time getting back into the facility versus if you just left on your own either way you are situation will not be priority as far as others who haven't had treatment yet but I'm sure that they will still take you eventually

Does anyone know what time they stop doing assessments during the day

Billy Ruch Jr. | Oct 13, 2019

U have to be there in line at 8:30 am when they open.. there will be people that sleep out front, so being there earlier is better.

Billy Ruch Jr. | Oct 13, 2019

My husband got approved from judge to enter inpatient program how can I help him get a bed faster

Amber Burke | Oct 13, 2019
Nick Scatterday | Oct 13, 2019

U can't speed it along. But if u show up everyday and make sure they see u. When a bed opens up you'll be there. Also factors include. 1st time going into treatment? 1st timers will have more pull then repeat users. Also if he is required at a federal prpbabtion house? There is only one campus for that and could take a Lil longer. I was a first timer and got a bed 6 days after my intake. I showed up everyday and was first in line everyday

How do I go about getting my husband from detox at cbi to a in place program treatment for him with no gaps in between straight from detox to treatment that's all and he's willing and wanting this BAD

val sapata | Oct 13, 2018
Nick Scatterday | Oct 13, 2018

Crossroads in an amazing place unfortunately there's a long line outside of the front doors almost every day you have to get him on the list and enroll from there they prioritize on how bad you need treatment and other factors which play in how fast you get in I would call corporate office and talk to them about getting him directly over here. I got in after 1 week

What do have to do to get enrolled and how long did it take to get in

Chris Henney | Oct 13, 2018
Jeff Boll | Oct 13, 2018

Get there like 2 hours before they open as the line is gigantic and they take first come first serve because of limited beds, have to be able to piss clean especially off any type of opiate or opioid substance otherwise its automatic denial, to get you back and answer questions took about 2 or 3 hours but total time before your in a room varies, could take 5 to 9 hours depending on many variables.
