Crossroads absolutely saved my life. I have only wonderful things to say about them. I found my home. I found my tribe. I spent 4 months at crossroads 360 on extension in mesa and I found tremendous love for them but most importantly for myself. Thank you all so very much for saving me.

Dr. Sloan and his staff have literally, without a DOUBT CHANGED MY LIFE. They do not look at you like just another drug addict, and I truly believe they care about their patients. I highly recommend anyone and everyone who is seeking treating and to have life long results, go to crossroads and see Them!!

They will help you. If you have state insurance if not, they will help you get it. Just try it, it totally saved my life and I've never been anywhere like it
That will be fine. We can look you up on AHCCC with name and birthdate. That will also give us a photo.
We do. If you would like to enter our program, please come down by 7am on Monday, June 3 so we can help you. If you have any questions, give us a call at 602-263-5242. If alcohol is your drug of choice, you will need to go to a detox facility if you are not sober. There are several places in the Valley that can help you. Please call us at 602-263-5242 for more information.
Hi Rob! What do ypu mean? Are you trying to get Into Crossroads facility or attend the meeting?i think I may have confused either myself or others. I am a mom of 2 sons who have been hardcore heroin addicts of more than 10 years. 1 has been clean for 3 years now. My youngest son is now going to prison for 2 years for possession. He stated on the phone call when he phoned me to tell me why I hadn't heard fr o m him in several days. He said, "Mom, I signed a 2.5 year plea agreement. " I asked him WHY he would do somethi g like that without speaking with me first. His his response to me will haunt me for the rest of my life. He said, "Mom, I did it TO SAVE MY LIFE"! He stated he he knew that after being on the streets of Phoenix now for over 2 years, he knows goung to prison is the ONLY WAY he has a chance to get and stay clean . So now I have shared my life story. How can I HELP YOU? I was wanting to attend the meeting at Crossroads East for parents and loved ones of alcoholics n addict
My boyfriend was admitted and given a bed at the west side facility but I’d like to know when he’ll be able to call me and his family whom are worried about him and would like to know he’s ok
Visiting is Sunday 9-11am and 3-5 pm. And yes you can bring food and cigs during those times or you can drop them off to the front office during business hours
Yes
Yes , also blanket and pillow . Only packs of cigarettes are allowed any type of snacks cups soups , chip's, crackers candy cookies.. gatorade juices water. Hygiene they don't provide, he needs towel shower shoes ect..
Generally the admissions begin at 730am, they begin lining up at 5, call first, they've opened new locations.
Yes
I would be there by 5:30am... The line starts early!
After 3 or 4 weeks it's up to your counselor
If I were you I would be there by 5:30am...
Depends on the housing availability at each location. If you leave... They will replace your spot with the next person on the list waiting for placement
If you need to be detoxed you might want to do that first for safety... But it's not a requirement.
Yes. Upon intake you will be asked if you are taking any MAT meds. If you have any questions, please call us at 602-263-5242. Thank you -
Alot of factors determine bed positions. Such as treatment type and if you are SMI after the evaluation they will determine if crossroads is the correct treatment for you. It may take a couple days or a couple hours. But best way to get in is to show up everyday outside the office at 6 or 7 and let them see u and stay untill they dismiss u. This shows determination and want for the bed.
Bad are always opening up, it's a first come first serve system. I suggested getting their early there will be line. I got there at 6:30am and got a bed. They open at 8am
Yes. It depends on your situation. If you were kicked out you might have a harder time getting back into the facility versus if you just left on your own either way you are situation will not be priority as far as others who haven't had treatment yet but I'm sure that they will still take you eventually
U have to be there in line at 8:30 am when they open.. there will be people that sleep out front, so being there earlier is better.
You need to be there early about 7 am. They are opened till 9 PM. But stop do assessment after they get every one checked in . There lots of people there so of course not every one is taken
U can't speed it along. But if u show up everyday and make sure they see u. When a bed opens up you'll be there. Also factors include. 1st time going into treatment? 1st timers will have more pull then repeat users. Also if he is required at a federal prpbabtion house? There is only one campus for that and could take a Lil longer. I was a first timer and got a bed 6 days after my intake. I showed up everyday and was first in line everyday
Unfortunately you cannot pre register. It's a first come first serve system
Yes
If you have doctor appointments scheduled while you are currently resident you can attend them Transportation depends on your insurance access or the place that yes they are very lenient with it
Crossroads in an amazing place unfortunately there's a long line outside of the front doors almost every day you have to get him on the list and enroll from there they prioritize on how bad you need treatment and other factors which play in how fast you get in I would call corporate office and talk to them about getting him directly over here. I got in after 1 week
Get there like 2 hours before they open as the line is gigantic and they take first come first serve because of limited beds, have to be able to piss clean especially off any type of opiate or opioid substance otherwise its automatic denial, to get you back and answer questions took about 2 or 3 hours but total time before your in a room varies, could take 5 to 9 hours depending on many variables.
