If you like waiting games, leaving voice messages, and incompetent staff, this is the place for you! I can only imagine what the staff here get up to that isn't filling prescriptions and answering phones. Perhaps twiddling their thumbs and picking their noses? Dr Herendira Valdez/Dr. Eddie is a real piece of work. In my experience with her, she threatened to send me to inpatient if I didn't take a medicine she recommended after I refused to try it. The medicine did not work, in case you were wondering. She also has the incredible ability to completely vanish just when you need your prescription filled most! An act fit for the Ringling Bros. if I do say so myself! Overall, the people I've encountered here are incredibly incompetent. You could turn all their brains into fuel and it still wouldn't be enough to propel a fleas motorcycle around a speck of dust.

Daniel is great, the office people are amazing. I couldn’t say enough good things about them. The after hours call lady is out of line. Back story: my primary phone became not my phone. It slipped my mind to call to change that in their system.There are also other (major) things happening in my life so, I missed an appointment. It happens. So she’s the person who calls you to get you rescheduled or see if you want to continue services. That’s fine. What I feel was completely out of line was her opening with asking me repeatedly why I haven’t been picking up my phone when she called and then she stated that I should be out of my meds based on my last visit with Daniel. (Assuming I’m out, implying I don’t need them, assuming that’s why I missed my appointment and why I didn’t answer her calls..) So I said I DO need my meds yet she kept on until I finally gave an explanation (to a stranger whom I owe nothing) then and only then did she finally state the reason for her calling me. It was to see if I wanted to continue services. Which I already stated I do need my medication so she already had the answer. And then only to tell me that actually she can’t get me scheduled because it was after hours so I needed to call tomorrow to do that. So she could have just said that 🤷🏻‍♀️It felt intrusive and left me feeling very upset. I told her personal things because I felt in the moment I had to explain it to her. This woman needs a script handed to her. Her reason for calling people is to see if they want to reschedule and continue on with services NOT TO ASK PEOPLE WHY THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!. It should have been as simple as letting me know I need to reschedule and to give them a call in the morning. Not all this why why why why. Using someone else’s account for privacy since that seems to be an issue here. And I’m honestly not sure she wouldn’t interrogate me about my review some day should we ever speak again.
